EPCM Projects specialises in project management of mining construction projects from concept to completion. EPCM Projects’ director Geoff Chuter has over 20 years of experience in managing mining projects throughout Australia. The company seeks to provide the mining and construction sectors with experienced personnel to suit every client’s needs and expectations. 

Project Management – Our project managers have extensive experience in all stages of the project life cycle and they are committed to ensuring all projects under their control are completed in a safe and timely manner while maintaining budget requirements. EPCM has a proven record of accomplishment in delivering complex multi-discipline projects for various clients throughout the mining sector.

We have extensive experience providing the following to our clients:   

• Project scheduling, cost analysis and stakeholder engagement;  
• Management of engineering houses through pre-feasibility and feasibility studies;  
• Running risk assessment and detailed design reviews;  
• Coordination between onsite maintenance and operational teams to maintain clients’ production and maintenance targets;  
• Assistance to onsite stores to update critical and maintenance spares; 
• Development and implementation of isolation procedures and training packages; and
• Review and and development of PRT’s for maintenance and operations teams as part of the project delivery.
